Cannasseur Tour 2024 Butte, Montana.
Customers will start at one of two locations selling the Booklets. Once a customer buys a Booklet they will go to each location and pick up your store Sample Packs to judge. They will judge in the comfort of their home environment and fill out the custom Voting Page. After the customer has filled out the Voting Page they will return it to any of the shops who are participating in the Tour. Those shops will have designated drop boxes for the Voting Page. The Voting Pages will decide what shop will take home a unique custom award for the category won!
Butte will run from June 1st - July 31st
Custom Awards will be given out with your company logo if you win the highest score per category entered.
100 Packs for customer judges ready by May 27th
3 Packs by May 13th for promotional use
Deadlines to meet, if not met your company will be DISQUALIFIED WITH NO REFUND.
May 13th - 3 Sample Packs prepared exactly how you plan to sell them during the Tour on June 1st - July 31st.
May 27th - Confirm all 100 Sample Packs are prepared for judges and your P.O.S is fully set up with the Sample Packs proper cost. (Sample Packs will cost $25 max + Tax)
May 1st - Booklets go on sale at Apogee Gardens & MTKush in Butte (Sample Packs will not be available until June 1st)

June 1st - Sample Packs will be available for consumers who purchase a Booklet for $50.00
July 31st - We will end the Tour
August 12th - We will collect Pages from Voting boxes.
Give us 6 weeks to customize the awards and get them back to the 1st place winners.
If you have multiple shops you must pay $50.00 for each additional stamp (first stamp included). Must stamp the page with your logo to signify the customer has received your Sample Pack.

Cannasseur Tour Rules:
Flower Entry:
When you buy the flower category for $300.00 it allows for one entry of 1 gram of flower. The flower you enter must be the same strain for all 100 Sample Packs plus the 3 media Packs
Vape Entry:
Vape cost of entry is $300.00
Vape must be minimum of 0.5 grams
Must be the same product in all 100 Packs plus the 3 media Packs
Concentrate Entry:
Concentrate cost of entry $300.00
Concentrate must be 1 gram if entered the following: Wax, Shatter, Crumble, Dry Trim Batter
Concentrate must be 0.5 grams if you entered the following: Live Rosin, Diamonds + Sauce, Live Resin
Must be the same product in all 100 Packs plus the 3 media Packs
Edible Entry:
Edible cost of entry is $300.00
Edible must be at minimum 50mg through the whole package to qualify.

Each participating shop must have 3 Sample Packs ready for pick up on May 13, 2024. These Packs must be displayed to the exact form you will sell your Sample Packs starting June 1st - July 31st.
Your shop must have 100 Packs ready for sale on June 1st for the customers participating in the experience. To make sure each shop is fully ready by June 1st you must confirm with Cannasseur Tour by May 27th that all 100 Packs are fully finished and ready for sale.
Please be advised to put it into your systems 1 week before Cannasseur Tour starts on June 1st allowing you and your staff to have no problems at checkout.

Flower entry cost at checkout $5.00
Vape entry cost at checkout $10.00

The prices above are without Medical/Rec Taxes
Kits will cost $25.00 or less at checkout + Tax
If you do not enter a category it will subtract the entry cost at checkout from the $25.00
Example: You enter all categories except vape, the Pack at checkout is now $15.00
